Chief Operating Officer - Ryan Starr

Ryan grew up in Aurora, CO and started installing fans in 1992. He earned a B.S. in Land Use / Environment and Resource from Metro State in 1995 and continues to strive daily to promote the use of energy-efficient products in Colorado. He has installed over a thousand whole house fans and attic fans in the Denver, Boulder and surrounding areas. CHC was founded in 2003 by Ryan and is dedicated to having happy, comfortable and satisfied customers and to creating a product that works perfectly, works quietly and decreases energy demand. We at CHC will not be satisfied until every detail is perfect in every job. Ryan also has experience as an Engineering Technician / Geologist with a local water consultancy, as well as a Desktop and Network computer technician.

Project Manager - Craig Friehauf

Craig has formal schooling in all facets of home construction, from college level engineering and building structure to residential electrical systems and everything in between. He signed on to CHC in early 2008 and has specifically worked with whole house fan systems since 2003.  You might see him out on the golf course when he's not crawling through attics or over roofs in the heat of summer. Craig is always happy to share his vast amount of knowledge with our customers.

Project Manager - Jordan Lucero

Jordan is a native of Aurora, Colorado, and he signed on to CHC in early 2008.  He has hundreds of installations under his belt and has extensive experience in the areas of residential home construction.  Jordan walks softly but carries a wealth of knowledge regarding all kinds of projects, specifically fan installations.  Jordan is an ex-boxer and is a former Golden Gloves Champion of Colorado. These days he focuses the majority of his energy into being a dad.

installation Technician - Michael Keyes

Mike grew up in New York and Colorado. He attended high school at the Air Force Academy and is a graduate of CSU. Mike has been with CHC since the spring of 2009 and has worked on hundreds of fan and home insulation jobsites. Mike is an aspiring law student focused on social justice. Affectionately known as "Chief", Mike has native american roots from the Seneca Tribe and has lived on the Cattaraugus reservation in New York.
